For Personal Coaching, a standard coaching session is £77, however, our costs will vary depending upon the level of change required.
Book a block of 6 coaching sessions, and pay just £415 (benefit from a 10% reduction)
Session duration is normally one hour, however some individuals choose to have a longer session. In this case, pro-rata rates are applied. In all cases, costs are agreed in advance of the session, so you know that you are getting value without any hidden extras.
Appointments
Each appointment is set by joint agreement, and may be freely cancelled or re-arranged. A charge may be made for appointments that are completely missed, or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
Low Cost Work

Since all Business Coaching is bespoke work, we will submit a Training Programme Proposal covering all aspects of the training, including our costs.
All programmes include time spent understanding what you want to achieve, as well as ongoing support after the event to encourage the training to be implemented.
